All orders are sent via recorded delivery using the Australia Post shipment service and shipped from our warehouse in Australia.

If there are further import duties, VAT excise or other import taxes on entry into the customers respective country, Soom Swim will not be liable for these extra charges and duties. Please check with your local authorities as to what these charges may be. 

Delivery Address: Please ensure that the delivery address is correct and complete to avoid any delays or additional charges.

Delivery Confirmation: Please ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation has been obtained.
